About Jackie Vasquez
Jackie is a dynamic and passionate instructor who has worked in education for over 10 years and now a full time fitness trainer at Pilates Body Fusion. After earning her Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration and becoming a new mom, she realized it was time to dedicate herself to her true passion of helping people change their lives through the art of Strength Training and Pilates. She has chosen to concentrate on fusing Pilates and Strength Training because of their unique results in transforming the body. Pilates not only works to strengthen the core, it is also a low impact workout which is easy on the joints, helps improve posture, and is suitable for clients of all ages and fitness levels. Combining strength training with Pilates helps a strong core increasing stability, balance and overall a solid foundation to your health.
