As a certified health and wellness coach with a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration and a specialty in Pilates Reformer training, Jackie has worked with clients aged 10 to 90, empowering each individual to achieve their fitness goals.

Jackie blends her expertise in Pilates, functional training, strength and conditioning, spinning (indoor cycling), and nutrition coaching to create highly personalized programs that meet the unique needs of every client. Whether you're looking to build total-body strength, flexibility, managing chronic pain, or recovering from an injury, Jackie’s training method fuses core Pilates principles fusing strength training and mindful mobility for long-lasting results.

Known for her intuitive and motivational coaching style, Jackie works with beginners, youth athletes, seniors, and adults over 50, creating a welcoming and inclusive space where every Body can thrive. Her training is rooted in personalized progression and attention to form, function, and holistic wellness.

Gabriel is a passionate and experienced health and wellness coach who brings energy, knowledge, and a results-driven mindset to every session at Pilates Body Fusion. With over two decades of experience in strength training, cardio boxing, mobility work, and injury prevention, Gabriel specializes in helping clients feel stronger, move better, and live healthier lives.

He is a dynamic functional fitness trainer with a proven background in athletic conditioning, core strength, flexibility training, and rehabilitation fitness programs while incorporating nutrition planning. Known for his engaging and empowering coaching style, Gabriel works closely with young athletes, busy professionals, and seniors who want to build vitality and confidence through personalized fitness programs.
