Covid-19 Procedures
and Guidelines.

We have procedures in place to ensure that your health (and ours) is our top priority at our studio. Due to LA County guidelines, we have made changes and ask that you please take a few minutes to read the policies below.

Symptoms Screening and Wellness Check

  • We ask that clients self-screen for signs and symptoms of COVID-19 before arriving, including taking your own temperature. Anyone exhibiting symptoms will be kindly asked to reschedule and must follow isolation/quarantine requirements by the State Department of Health before returning.

  • Client temperatures will be checked upon studio entry. Anyone with a temperature higher than 100.4 will not be allowed inside.

  • Clients will also have to verbally state they are not experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms.

  • Clients will be asked to sign a new waiver that has new COVID related terms included in it upon their first visit back to the studio.

Personal Protective Equipment

  • Trainers wear a face mask when within 6 feet of any client.

  • Clients will be required to wear a face mask any time they are not on the machine or working out. You must bring your own mask to your session. If you fail to do so, you will forfeit the session.

Cleaning, Sanitizing, and Disinfecting

  • Clients must wash and sanitize their hands upon entering the studio.

  • Equipment will be disinfected before and after each session.

  • Hand-sanitizers with > 70% alcohol will be available for use throughout the studio. Hand-sanitizers with > 70% alcohol will be available for use throughout the studio.

  • Grip socks are required. You may buy some at the studio if necessary. Refusal to wear or obtain grip socks will result in client being asked to leave and forfeiting the session.


COVID-19 RELATED CANCELLATION POLICY

We are taking the pandemic very seriously. In that regard, if you have to late cancel a class due to symptoms of COVID-19 or being exposed to someone with COVID-19, we will not charge the session. 

However, your monthly membership will then be placed on a 14-day hold (per guidelines for self-quarantine) as we cannot risk having any symptomatic or exposed clients inside the studio. If you wish to come back before that 14 day is over, we do require that you take a COVID-19 test and show us the negative results in order for the 14-day suspension to be lifted before 14 days are over.
