Working up a sweat and staying healthy while stuck at home can be difficult — but not impossible. We specialize in virtual training, no equipment needed! What makes our virtual training unique is Jackie’s F.U.N. method—FORM: Jackie’s eye for detail ensures you’re performing each exercise safely and also in a way that will optimize results. UTILIZING WHAT YOU HAVE: no matter what equipment you do or don’t have handy, Jackie’s creativity in creating workouts means you can work out from literally anywhere, with anything (or nothing!) NO TWO WORKOUTS ARE THE SAME: Jackie tailors each workout specifically to build upon the next and keep your body from getting used to the movement, ensuring the quickest results and as a bonus, your workouts will always be fun!

Private one-on-one customized live virtual training sessions conducted by expert fitness coach Jackie, are designed to help clients achieve their goals such as weight loss, building strength, increasing flexibility, or overall body toning. Whether you only have access to a couple of cans, heavy books, or you have the latest gym gadgets at home, your workout will be personalized with what you have access to.

Aside from the obvious safety reasons during pandemic (read about our stringent COVID-19 safety protocol HERE) virtual sessions save travel time, don’t limit us working together geographically, and have more flexibility for our schedules PLUS the added bonus of not having to leave the comfort of your own home.
